PHX Minerals Inc., formerly Panhandle Oil and Gas Inc., is an oil and natural gas mineral company. The Company is an owner and manager of perpetual oil and natural gas mineral interests in resource plays in the United States. The Company owns interests in leasehold acreage and non-operated working interests in oil and natural gas properties. Exploration and development of its oil and natural gas properties are conducted by third-party oil and natural gas exploration and production companies. The Company owns approximately 253,000 net mineral acres principally located in Oklahoma, North Dakota, Texas, New Mexico and Arkansas.
