Portserco Logistics Joint Stock Company, formerly Portserco Joint Stock Company, is a Vietnam-based company active in the transportation industry. The Company is engaged in the provision of road freight transportation services and marine services, including marine brokerage services and cargo handling services. It is also involved in the operation of gasoline stations and duty free shops. The Company trades construction materials, as well as repairs transportation and construction equipment, such as trucks, ships, ferries, cranes and others. Other activities include the offering of warehousing services and office leasing. During the year ended December 31, 2012, 61.75% of its net revenue came from the provision of transportation services and warehouse leasing. As of December 31, 2012, the Company had one affiliate.
