Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 2 (PECC2) is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the power services industry. The Company provides consultancy services for power plants and power grids construction such as engineering, surveying, drafting, surveillance, management and appraisal services. It also constructs power transmission lines and substations of less than 35 kilovolts capacity and small hydroelectric plants, as well as trades electricity. In addition, the Company manufactures and trades industrial supplies and machinery for electricity and construction sectors.
