Power Group Projects Corp, formerly Cobalt Power Group Inc., is an exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of resource properties. The Company holds interests in the mineral properties, including Brownell Lake Property, Laurier Graphite Property, Proteus property and Smith Cobalt. The Company's Brownell Lake Property is located in northeastern Saskatchewan. The Brownell Lake Property consists of approximately eight contiguous mineral claims, which cover an area of over 10,850 hectares. Its Laurier Graphite property is located in Laurier Township, Ontario, approximately 40 kilometers southeast of North Bay, Ontario. The Laurier Graphite property covers an area of approximately 2,300 hectares on over 40 mining claims. The Company's Proteus property consists of approximately three mining claims, which cover approximately 360 acres. Its Smith Cobalt property consists of over nine mining claims, which cover approximately 177.7 acres.
