Predator Oil & Gas Holdings PLC is a Jersey-based oil and gas exploration company. The Company is focused on developing oil recovery onshore Trinidad using carbon dioxide injection and exploration and appraisal offshore Ireland. It was formed to consolidate the acquisition of a specific non-operated oil and gas business opportunity in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Its subsidiaries include Predator Oil and Gas Ventures Limited (POGV) and Predator Oil & Gas Trinidad Ltd (POGT). POGV is the operator of the two Licensing Options offshore Ireland, Licensing Options 16/26 and 16/30. Licensing Option 16/26 is located approximately 20 kilometers south of Shell’s Corrib gas field and offshore gas gathering infrastructure. Licensing Option 16/30 is located approximately 40 kilometers east of Kinsale Energy’s Kinsale gas field and offshore gas gathering infrastructure.
