ProAm Explorations Corporation is a junior mineral, and oil and natural gas exploration and development company. The Company operates in Canada and the United States. The Company's principal business activities are oil and gas production and the exploration and development of its exploration and evaluation assets. The Company operates through the segment of acquisition, exploration and development of oil and gas properties. The Company's Samuel Lake Project is located approximately 50 kilometers west of the town of Atikokan, Ontario. The Company owns working interests in a number of oil and gas properties, including over four oil-producing wells in Eastern Ohio; Over 40 oil producing wells in Indiana County, Pennsylvania, and approximately four oil producing wells in Logan county, Arkansas. In Alberta, the Company has interest in approximately two producing gas wells.
