Prospera Energy Inc, formerly Georox Resources Inc, is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of oil and natural gas in Western Canada. The Company has oil and gas interests in Red Earth/Otter, Alberta. The Red Earth property consists of over 2.12 sections with approximately nine producing oil wells and a standing oil well. The Otter property is located approximately 20 kilometers northwest of Red Earth and consists of a section of land. The Company also has interests in Pouce Coupe area, northwest Alberta; Silverdale Property; Sparky Non Channel Project; Coteau Lake area in southeastern Saskatchewan and northeast Montana; Kitscoty Lloydminste and Lloydminster property.
