Rachit Prints Limited was originally incorporated as "Rachit Prints Private Limited" vide Certificate of Incorporation dated March 31, 2003, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur. Prior to incorporation of the Company, the promoters were engaged in the business of printing and manufacturing clothes under the name M/s Rachit Prints, a partnership firm. During year 2003, Promoters incorporated 'Rachit Prints Private Limited' and had taken over the business of the Partnership Firm.
