The hotel has approximately two restaurants, each offering creations from Chinese, to western, to eastern dishes, as well as international dishes. The hotel also provides laundry and dry cleaning services, valet parking, and wireless-fidelity (Wi-Fi) in public areas along with tours. The hotel's accommodation facilities include approximately 45 rooms, hot and cold shower, telephone, piped music, television and delux rooms. All the rooms at its hotel face water falls, tea factories, tea estates, and lush hills and rocks. The activities, which the Company offers at its resort include walking and exploring pleasure; lake gregory, which has walkway for evening strolls or even for a paddle boat ride; Haggala Gardens; trekking in Horton Plains, and Bakers Falls.
