For White Cement and Construction Materials PSC is a United Arab Emirates-based public shareholding company engaged, together with its subsidiaries, in the construction materials industry sector. The Company is organized into two business segments: Manufacturing of white cement, lime products and cement products, and Investments, which include investments in marketable equity securities and deposits with banks. The Company’s products include white cement, hydrated lime and calcium silicate bricks. The Company’s factories are located near the port of Mina Saqr, 25km north of the city of Ras Al Khaimah. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s subsidiaries included Modern Block Factory, which is engaged in the manufacture of concrete blocks, interlock tiles and cement products, and Ras Al Khaimah Lime Co. Nora, which is engaged in manufacturing of lime products.
