The Company operates through its subsidiary, Mineworx USA Inc, which is a mineral development and processing company focused on the mining sector through its technologies: HM X-tract, HM X-leach and HM X-mill. HM X-tract is a mobile mining/extraction process that allows operators to recycle the processed water used at a typical mine site. HM X-leach is focused on the extraction of valuable metals contained in eWaste. HM X-mill is a portable mineral grinding mill. It is designed for the grinding of ores and regrinding of concentrates and tailings. The Company is engaged in undertaking alliances with its Spanish minerals assets.
