Remak Energomontaz SA, formerly know as Przedsiebiorstwo Modernizacji Urzadzen Energetycznych Remak SA (Remak) is a Poland-based company engaged in the provision of engineering services. Its main services comprise the repairs and modernization of steam and water boilers, as well as the assembly of power engineering equipment, fumes desulphurization installations, electrofilters, industrial installations and pipelines. In addition, the Company provides services related to repairs, modernizations and assembly of power engineering facilities such as water and steam boilers, pressure and non-pressure vessels, steam pipelines and repairs of pressure vessels. Remak completed numerous projects on the domestic market and abroad. It operates through its offices in Germany and the Netherlands. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s main shareholders were Mostostal Warszawa SA, Legg Mason Zarzadzanie Aktywami SA, and PZU SA. In July 2013, the Company sold its entire stake in Rozruch SA.
