Richmond Minerals Inc. is a mineral exploration company. It is engaged in base and precious metal mining and related activities, such as exploration and development in Northern Ontario and Quebec. It focuses on exploration of the Ridley Lake Gold Project located in the heart of central Ontario's Swayze Greenstone Belt. It also has a 50/50 joint venture partnership with Mag Copper Ltd. in two separate exploration projects in Quebec (the Halle Township Property and the Bondy Lake Project). The Ridley Lake Property is located in Rollo and Raney Townships, Porcupine Mining Division or specifically 40 kilometers southwest of the town of Foleyet and over 120 kilometers west-southwest of the city of Timmins. The Ridley Lake Property consists of 154 mining claims in which it holds a 50% interest in the central block of 35 claims, and a 100% interest in the surrounding block of 119 claims. These claims are located within the western portion of the Swayze-Deloro volcano-metasedimentary belt.
