Rio Silver Inc. is a Canada-based resource company. The Company’s principal business activity is the acquisition, evaluation and development of mineral properties in the Americas. Its properties include Ninobamba property, Gerow Lake Project and the Palta Dorada Gold-Silver-Copper Project. The Ninobamba property is located in a silver district approximately 330 kilometres southeast of Lima in the Department of Ayacucho, Peru and consists of approximately 4490 hectares. The Gerow Lake properties are located in the Archean aged Superior Province, within the Pierce-Ponask-Sachigo greenstone belt in the northwest quadrant of the James Bay Lowlands, Red Lake Mining District, Ontario. Gerow Lake Project consists of approximately 3,456 hectares. The Palta Dorada Au-Ag-Cu Property is located in the Ancash Mining Department in Northern Peru and covers an area of approximately 1200 hectares.
