Rochester Resources Ltd. is a junior natural resource company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and development of its mineral property interests in Mexico. It holds interests in the Mina Real and San Francisco Properties. Its Mina Real holds interest in the Mina Real Property, a gold and silver property located in the state of Nayarit, Mexico, east of the state capital city of Tepic. Mina Real also owns an interest in Compania Minera Santa Fe S.A. de C.V. (Compania Minera), which holds an interest in the Santa Fe gold and silver property located east of the Mina Real Property. The Mina Real Property consists of over eight mining concessions and approximately one mineral claim encompassing a total area of approximately 21,367.42 hectares. The contiguous Santa Fe Property consists of approximately one mining concession totaling over 3,852.66 hectares. The San Francisco Property consists of approximately 12 mining concessions encompassing approximately 18,125.05 hectares.
