The Company owns properties in areas, which include Don Luis, Sonora, Mexico; La Colorada, Sonora, Mexico; Inguaran, Michoacan, Mexico, and Varvarco, Argentina. The Don Luis Property is located approximately 50 kilometers northeast of the State Capitol, Hermosillo. The La Colorada Property is centered near the village of La Colorada, approximately 40 kilometers southeast of the State capitol of Hermosillo. The Inguaran Property is located in western Michoacan State, approximately 50 kilometers east of the State capital, Morelia. The Varvarco Property is located within a caldera complex in the Province of Neuquen, Argentina.
