Rosetti Marino SpA is an Italy-based company primarily engaged in the provision of engineering and construction services for oil and gas industry. It structures its business into three main segments: Oil & Gas Business, Shipbuilding Business Unit and Process Plants Business Unit. Through the Oil & Gas Business, the Company offers offshore structures and modules, such as integrated decks, process modules, living quarters and utility modules and jackets. Through the Shipbuilding Business Unit, it is involved in the design and construction of a range vessels, such as tugboats, tractors and propulsion systems, platform supply vessels, anchor handling tugs, ocean going tugs, harbor tugs and ferries, among others. Through the Process Plants Business Unit, the Company provides process packages, process vessels and modularized process plants, which are applied in the upstream hydrocarbons treatment. In September 2014, the Comapny, together with Pivot GIS Ltd, established Rosetti Pivot Ltd.
