S&W Seed Company (S&W), is a global agricultural company. The Company focuses on the breeding, production and sale of alfalfa seed.It also offers hybrid sorghum and sunflower seed germplasm. It produces approximately 250 seed products in the Western United States, Canada, Australia, Europe and South Africa for sale. It also owns and operates seed-cleaning and processing facilities in Five Points, California and Nampa, Idaho and a seed processing facility in Keith, South Australia. It sells alfalfa seed into United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, the Middle East, North Africa, and Australia. The Company’s sorghum sales are focused in the United States, Mexico, Australia, Europe and South Africa.Its sunflower sales are primarily in Europe, Asia and Australia. The Company contracts with growers in Western Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales to grow its alfalfa seed. It is also focused on developing its stevia germplasm into commercial varieties.
