Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the rubber industry. The Company manufactures and trades tires and hoses for automobiles, motorbikes and bicycles, as well as other technical rubber products, such as rubber conveyor belts, anti-crash cushions, rubber axes and other rubber accessories. It is also involved in the trading of equipment and supplies for the rubber industry, along with the retail trade of electronic consumer products. In addition, the Company provides offices and warehouses for rent. During the year ended December 31, 2012, 99% of the Company's revenue came from the sale of rubber products. As of December 31, 2012, the Company was a subsidiary of Vietnam National Chemical Corporation (Vinachem).
