Sassy Resources Corp is a Canada-based exploration stage mining company. The Company is engaged in the identification, acquisition and exploration of precious metal resources in Canada. The Company’s properties include Foremore Property and Nikobat Property. The Foremore Property covers approximately 14,585 hecters and is located in the Stikine Terrane, in the allochthonous terrain of the Intermontane Superterrane. It focuses on the Foremore Gold-Silver Project located in the Eskay Camp, Liard Mining Division. The mineralization on the Foremore Property is classified into three types: volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS), copper - gold (Cu-Au) skarn and orogenic vein gold. The Nikobat Property consists of approximately 174 non-contiguous mineral claims located in the Rainy River district of Ontario.
