It is engaged in investing in shares of start-up and early-stage small and medium enterprises from various industrial sectors, mainly real estate, construction, Information Technology (IT), catering, with the aim to subsequently introduce its portfolio companies into a regulated segment of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) or NewConnect. In addition to acquiring shareholdings, the Company provides financial services, such as business loans, to its portfolio firms and participates in their reorganization and restructuring processes.
