Scorpio Gold Corporation is engaged in mining exploitation, exploration and development and has an operating mine and a toll milling facility. The Company's segments include Mineral Ridge, Goldwedge and Other. The Mineral Ridge Property is located approximately 60 kilometers southwest of Tonopah, Nevada. The property consists of several consolidated claim blocks and mining operations. The project's total land package consists of approximately 630 unpatented mining lode claims, an unpatented mill site claim and over 60 patented mining claims covering a total of approximately 12,730 acres. Other fee lands and town lots in Silver Peak add an additional of over 120 acres, for a total land package of approximately 12,860 acres. The Goldwedge property, including the Goldwedge mine and a processing plant, is located over 50 kilometers northeast of the town of Tonopah, in west-central Nevada. The property covers over three separate claim blocks. It operates in the United States and Canada.
