Sfinks Polska SA is a Poland-based company which manages a network of restaurants. The Company operates 97 restaurants under the name of Sphinx, placed in various locations across Poland and abroad. It has nine restaurants operating under the brand Chlopskie Jadlo and nine WOOK restaurants. The offer of Sphinx includes the meat dishes, as well as pizzas, pastas, salads, snacks and desserts. Chlopskie Jadlo offers the dishes of the traditional Polish cuisine, and WOOK specializes in the Chinese cuisine. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated five wholly owned subsidiaries, including Sfinks Hungary Catering, Trade and Services Kft; Sfinks Deutschland GmbH; Sfinks Czech&Slovakia sro, Shanghai Express Sp. z o.o. and W-Z.pl Sp. z o.o. As of Februrary 15, 2012, the Company sold its stake in Sfinks Hungary Catering, Trade and Service Kft.
