Sintana Energy Inc. (Sintana), formerly Mobius Resources Inc., is a crude oil and natural gas exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in petroleum and natural gas exploration and development activities in Colombia. Its primary private participation interests in Colombia include the approximately 43,160 acres Valle Medio Magdalena 37 (VMM-37) Block in the Middle Magdalena Basin. It also has a private participation interest in the over 34,190 acres Talora Block. The Talora Block straddles the transition area between the Upper and Middle Magdalena Basins and is flanked by Middle Magdalena oil fields to the north and Upper Magdalena oil fields to the south.
