It operates three business divisions: Mobile advertising network division with Mbrand3, a mobile advertising network and M-Perf, a pay-for-performance mobile advertising network; Technical and consulting agency division with Bemobee, a mobile consulting company that specializes in the design, development and promotion of mobile applications and Nemo Agency, a mobile marketing agency that focuses on consulting, design of sites, and mobile application and the generation of traffic and performance measurement on mobile technologies; and Publication division with avec Baobab Entertainment, a mobile publisher that offers an entertainment content on mobile devices. It has such subsidiaries as Madvertise, among others.
