Sitara Chemical Industries Limited is engaged in the operation of Chlor Alkali plant and yarn spinning unit. The Company's segments include chemical and textile division. The chemical segment produces and supplies various chemicals used in textile and fertilizer industry, and manufactures caustic soda and allied products. The textile segment is a spinning unit, which produces yarn and trading of fabric and manufactures yarn and trading of fabric. The Company's products include basic chemicals, specialty chemicals and gases. Its basic chemicals include ammonium chloride, bleaching powder, caustic soda flakes, caustic soda liquid, caustic soda solid, hydrated lime, hydrochloric acid, liquid chlorine and sodium hypochlorite. Its specialty chemicals include aluminium sulphate, calcium chloride dihydrate, copper (I) chloride, ferric chloride, magnesium carbonate, nickel chloride hexahydrate and calcium chloride (prills). It offers gases, such as carbon dioxide.
