Skako A/S, formerly Skako Industries A/S, is a Denmark-based company. It is active in two business segments, namely SKAKO Concrete and SKAKO Vibration. The SKAKO Concrete segment is engaged in the development, marketing and delivery of machinery and complete plants for the production of concrete. The concrete production equipment is produced in Lille, France. The SKAKO Vibration segment is engaged in the development, design and sales of vibration equipment and installations for industrial use, which are produced in the Company’s factories in Faaborg, Denmark and Strasbourg, France. Skako A/S has several direct and indirect subsidiaries active in Denmark, Germany, France, the United States and the United Kingdom.
