The Company is the developer of four industrial zones at Dong Nai Province with its main activities of land leasing and infrastructure trading. The industrial zones are named Bien Hoa 2, Go Dau, Thanh Phu and Xuan Loc. The Company is also involved in water treatment and fresh water supply at its industrial zones. In addition, it is engaged in the offering of offices and warehouses for lease, the investment in Trang Bom Residential Area and warehousing activities at Inland Container Depot (ICD) Tan Cang Long Binh area.
