Song Ba Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the electricity industry. The Company operates two hydroelectricity plants in Quang Nam Province and Phu Yen Province, Vietnam. It is involved in the generation and trading of hydroelectricity, as well as the investment in other hydroelectricity projects. The Company also provides engineering, supervision and management services of construction projects of hydroelectricity plants and transmission networks. In addition, it offers vocational training on the operation and management of hydroelectricity plants. During the year ended December 31, 2012, 98.83% of the Company's net revenue came from the sale of electricity. As of December 31, 2012, the Company had two branches in Quang Nam and Phu Yen Province, Vietnam.
