Song Da 7.04 Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the manufacture and trading of construction materials, such as macadam and artificial sand. It also builds irrigational works, traffic structures and hydropower plants, as well as develops industrial and urban zones. In addition, the Company is involved in real estate activities and the trading of motor vehicle parts and supplies. Other operations include financial investment, along with small and medium-sized hydroelectric plant operation. During the year ended December 31, 2012, 87.31% of its net revenue came from industrial manufacturing activities. As of December 31, 2012, it was a 52%-owned subsidiary of Song Da 7 Joint Stock Company. As of the same date, the Company had one subsidiary named Sap Viet Hydropower Joint Stock Company, which was engaged in hydropower electricity generation.
