Song Da Industry Trade Joint Stock Company, formerly Song Da Packing Joint Stock Company, is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the packaging manufacturing industry. The Company manufactures and trades craft paper bags, cement packaging, chemical packaging and other paper-based products. It also imports and exports industrial equipment and supplies for the packaging manufacturing industry. In addition, the Company offers road freight transportation services and trades cement. Moreover, it is involved in the mining of minerals. During the year ended December 31, 2012, 61.88% of the Company's net revenue came from the sale of its finished products. As of December 31, 2012, the Company had one subsidiary and one joint venture.
