Its Cerro Caliche project is located approximately 45 kilometers east southeast of Magdalena de Kino in the Cucurpe-Sonora Mega- district of Sonora, Mexico. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Minera Breco, S.A. de C.V., holds the San Marcial project, located in Sonora State, Mexico, which consists of approximately three contiguous mineral concessions.
