Sparton Resources Inc. (Sparton) is a Canada-based exploration and development-stage company. The Company has interests in exploration and evaluation properties in Canada, the United States, Mexico and China. The Company focuses on evaluating and seeking new domestic and international opportunities. The Company focuses on financing for its Vanadium project in China and evaluating other opportunities related to the energy storage industry. The Company has an agreement to fund the commissioning of vanadium redox flow batteries, which are located in Hebei Province, China, approximately 180 kilometers north of downtown Beijing. Sparton holds approximately 6.5% unitized working interest in the Chebucto natural gas field, in the Sable Island area of offshore Nova Scotia. The Company's subsidiaries include EDCOR Driling Services Inc., Sparton International Holdings Inc., VanSpar Mining Inc., Jiujiang Sparton Vanadium Tech & Trade Co., Ltd. and China VanSpar Limited.
