Bhd. and Steppe Cement Holdings B.V., which are investment holding companies; Mechanical & Electrical Consulting Services Ltd., which is engaged in provision of consultancy services; Central Asia Cement JSC, which is engaged in sale of cement; Karcement JSC, which is engaged in production and sale of cement, and Central Asia Services LLP, which is engaged in transmission and distribution of electricity.
