Strategic Investments A/S, formerly known as Af 23 April 2013 A/S, is a Denmark-based holding company engaged in investment activities. Its investment strategy is to create a mix portfolio consisting of investments in small and midcaps equities, hedge funds and other instruments. Previously, the Company developed and produced rechargeable lithium-ion polymer batteries of different capacities and dimensions. In August and October 2013, Strategic Capital ApS acquired shares in the Company; as a result of the transactions Strategic Capital ApS holds a 70.686% of the share capital and voting rights in Strategic Investments A/S.
