Stroud Resources Ltd. (Stroud) is a junior resource company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. Stroud is exploring properties hosting silver and gold mineralization in Jalisco, Mexico and Ontario, Canada, and has interests in natural gas producing wells in Alberta, Canada. The Company operates through two segments: mineral exploration, and oil and gas exploration and development. The Company holds the title to approximately four contiguous parcels (259 hectares), plus the surface rights only of an additional adjoining parcel (65 hectares) in Hislop Township, located in the Matheson Area of central-eastern Ontario. Stroud's Leckie Property is located in Strathy Township over three kilometers north of the town of Temagami in northeastern Ontario. The property consists of approximately two patented claims and over 10 unpatented claims that form a contiguous group covering approximately 190 hectares.
