Sui Southern Gas Company Limited is a Pakistan-based holding company. The Company is principally engaged in transmission and distribution of natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas in Sindh and Baluchistan. The Company's segments include Gas transmission and distribution (sale of gas) and Meter manufacturing (manufacturing and sale of gas meters). The Company is also engaged in certain activities related to the gas business, including the manufacturing and sale of gas meters and construction contracts for laying of pipelines. The Company also owns and operates the gas meter manufacturing plant with an annual production capacity of over 600,000 meters. The Company's subsidiaries include Sui Southern Gas Provident Fund Trust Company (Private) Limited, which facilitates administration of employees retirement funds of the Company, and SSGC LPG (Private) Limited, which is engaged in supply of liquefied petroleum gas and provision of terminal and storage services.
