Sunshine Agri-Tech Inc. is a Canada-based company, which operates in the animal feed industry and a research and development center through Dalian Sunshine Agri-tech Co., Ltd (Dalian Sunshine). The Company operates through PRC segment. The Company, through its subsidiaries, manufacture, process, package and distribute livestock biofeed products to its customers in China. The Company's line of products include microbial feed additives, bio-feed (which is a combination of traditional animal feed, such as maize, wheat and soybean meal and Dalian Sunshine's microbial feed additives) and microbial fermented agents. The Company manufactures, processes, packages and distributes all of its livestock bio-feed out of the new facility in Changchun Grain. The capacity of Changchun facility is approximately 100,000 tons per year. The Company operates facilities in Changchun and Dalian, Peoples Republic of China.
