Suntech SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the provision of information technology (IT) solutions for telecommunications and new generation service providers. Its product range includes such Business/Operations Support Systems (BSS/OSS) solutions as Billing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Network Inventory and Business Process Management and Electronic Banking. It provides support in each stage of systems designing, deploying and using, including analysis, implementation and configuration, interfaces, data migration, technical support, consulting, and user training. The Company’s customers are mobile network operators, wireless telephony and data transmission providers, companies engaged in implementing electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) and commercial banks. As of December 31, 2011 it had three subsidiaries, including Suntech Technologies Inc, BillNet SA and 5M Square Sp. z o.o. On January 4, 2013, the Company sold its entire stake in 5M Square Sp. z o.o.
