Which is located in the western Great Basin of Nevada and hosts epithermal gold-silver mineralization. It also owns the Clanton Hills Project, which is located approximately 112 kilometers (km) west of Phoenix, Arizona and consists of 32 mineral claims. It owns the Lac Saint Simon property, which is located in the James Bay/Eeyou Istcheeregion of Quebec and consists of nine mineral claims totaling approximately 480 hectares. The Company also has interests in four medium crude oil wells located in West Kings ford, southeastern Saskatchewan. Its Faraud and Lac Roy Vanadium properties are located in the Saguenay-Cote Nord region of Quebec.
