Suraj Cotton Mills Limited is engaged in manufacturing and trading of yarn and cloth, and processing of cloth. The Company operates through two business segments: Spinning and Weaving. The Company's Spinning segment is engaged in the production of yarn using various types of fibers. The Company's Weaving segment includes the production of various greige fabric using yarn and consists of approximately 220 Toyoda Air Jet Looms to produce approximately 2.5 million meters of Grey Fabric per month. The Company's Weaving products include Bottom wear, which is engaged in weaving various types of twill, drill, canvases, matt, high low cord, rib stop for various types of bottom wear; Shirting, which includes light twills, rib stop and fine fabric in a range of 40/1 to 100/1 (count yarn) for shirt wear; Pocketing, which includes various types of pocketing fabric, and Home furnishing, which includes fabric in a range from T-180 to T 600.
