The Company develops, markets and sells security products and systems primarily to the retail industry, government institutions and schools. It sells its product through a network of restsellers and its online shop, www.safegruppen.se. The Company's product portfolio includes computer carts, key cabinets, filing cabinets, alcoholmeters, a range of alarms, such as fire alarms and burglar alarms; surveillance cameras, cash management products, including CashDro, as well as other physical security products. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had three wholly owned subsidiaries, namely Uni Safe, Key Innovations AB and SPC Service AB.
