SZAR SA is a Poland-based company primarily engaged in the trade of coal. It imports anthracite, graphite, silicon carbide, graphite electrodes, bauxite, olivine, fluorite and other raw materials. Moreover, the Company offers metallurgical products, steel constructions and transport services and is a manufacturer of materials and auxiliary input in the metallurgical and combustion processes. The Company addresses its production to such industries as metallurgy, casting, cement industry, sugar industry, thermal power, waste treatment, among others. The Company owns five production plants located in Czestochowa, Slawkow, Staszow and Wola Baranowska. Additionally, the Company provides transportation services and specializes in the dumpers transport of bulk materials, as well as in transport of neutral-type trailers and tilt platforms.
