TAMEX Obiekty Sportowe SA is a Poland-based company engaged in constructing sporting facilities. The Company designs, builds and equips a variety of sports facilities, both indoor and outdoor. The Company constructs such facilities as football fields, athletic stadiums, multi-functional fields, tennis courts, running tracks, as well as sports and tennis halls. For its facilities, the Company offers artificial grass surface, natural grass surface, as well as polyurethane and acrylic surface, among others, from such producers as Greenfields, Italgreen, Domo, Conica, Nova Sports and Play It. As of December 31, 2011, the Company held a 100% stake in Nova Sport Sp. z o.o.
