Tan Phu Plastic Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based manufacturer of plastic containers. The Company manufactures and markets technical and consumer plastic products, such as containers, packagings, bottles, cans, crates, trays, shelves and spare parts. It also trades molds and supplies for other plastic product manufacturers. Other activities include the provision of transportation services for imported and exported goods. During the year ended December 31, 2012, 97.06% of the Company's net revenue came from the sale of its finished products. As of December 31, 2012, the Company had one subsidiary named Tan Phu Sai Gon Joint Stock Company and three branches in Hanoi, Bac Ninh and Long An Province, Vietnam.
