Tectonic Gold Plc, formerly StratMin Global Resources plc, is a United Kingdom-based intrusion related gold system (IRGS) explorer. The Company is developing technology to identify and delineate IRGS systems with a focus on a portfolio of projects in New England Orogen gold belt in Queensland, Australia. The Company has two project areas of focus: IRGS Australia-Queensland and IRGS Europe-Czech Republic. IRGS Australia holds approximately 850 square kilometers of tenement. Its projects include Specimen Hill/Mt Rainbow, Last Chance and Day Dawn, and Maxwellton. The Specimen Hill / Mt Rainbow area is located within the central portion of the Mount Morgan Tectonic Domain (MMTD) of the Yarrol Region. Maxwellton is a Specimen Hill lookalike with an identified satellite intrusion proximal to a batholith typical of IRGS formation likely driving mineralization.
