The Company is engaged in the exploration, production and development of petroleum and natural gas. The Company operates in Texas, through its subsidiary, Jadela Oil (US) Operating LLC (Jadela US). Jadela Disposal Well Corp (JDWC) holds interest in a disposal well in Fort Nelson, British Columbia. Jadela US has acquired rights to exploit oil and gas mineral rights totaling of approximately 7,130 gross acres in Maverick County, Texas. Jadela US has drilled an Eagle Ford formation well (El Indio #1H). The land is located approximately 20 miles south of Eagle Pass and directly west of El Indio, Texas.
