Tethys Petroleum Limited is an oil and gas exploration and production company focused on projects in Central Asia and the Caspian Region. The Company's principal activity is the acquisition of, and exploration and development of crude oil and natural gas fields. The Company operates through three segments: Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Georgia. In Kazakhstan, the Company produces oil and gas from the Kyzyloi and Akkulka fields and undertakes exploration and evaluation activity in the Kul-bas field. In Tajikistan and Georgia, the Company undertakes exploration and evaluation activity. The Company also operates a corporate segment, which includes a range of drilling rigs, and related oil and gas equipment, which are utilized in Kazakhstan according to operational requirements. The Company owns interests in its Kazakh projects through TethysAralGas LLP (TAG) and Kul-Bas LLP (Kul-Bas). The property in Tajikistan includes Bokhtar PSC and properties in Georgia include XIA, XIM and XIN.
