Benchmark Metals Inc, formerly Crystal Exploration Inc., is an exploration-stage junior resource company based in Canada. The principal business of the Company is the identification, evaluation and acquisition of mineral properties, as well as exploration of mineral properties once acquired. The Company focuses on the discovery, financing and development of diamond assets. The Company has signed a property purchase agreement to acquire a 100% interest in eight Prospecting Permits in the Muskox and Hood River diamond projects totaling approximately 1,150 square kilometers, located in Nunavut, Canada. The Company has also completed a mini-bulk sample on the Muskox Diamond Project. It has also commenced work to complete a 43-101 Technical Report, which will focus on the Muskox Project and include kimberlite targets located at the Contwoyto Project and Hood River Project.
