Thu Duc Trading and Import - Export Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company involved in the wholesale and retail trading of petroleum and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) through gasoline station operation. The Company also trades steel, construction materials, household appliances, consumer electronic products, telephones, cell phones, computers and computer peripherals, packaging, handicrafts, foodstuffs, agricultural products, motor vehicles and motor vehicle supplies. Other activities include home building, real estate operations, as well as the offering of warehousing services and road freight transportation services. It announced on April 1, 2012 that it had set up a new wholly owned subsidiary named TMC Petroleum One Member Company Limited, and on December 28, 2012 that it had acquired 51% stake in Song Duc Service Trading Company Limited, raising its holding to 100%. As of December 31, 2012, the Company had five subsidiaries and one affiliate.
